Sales Co-Ordinator, Daventry

• Working within a territory offering Sales Support to External Sales Team

• Liaising with Sales Engineers, Managers, Warehouse, Accounts and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Technical Advice, Customer Services.

• Promoting products to existing customers via telephone and email

• Making outbound calls to an existing client base and receiving Inbound calls

• Sales order processing

• Processing all Sales Administration

• Liaising closely with External Sales Engineers

• Diary Management

• Customer Care

Experience required:

• Previous experience within Internal Sales or Customer Services

• Confident telephone manner, well spoken, highly motivated, excellent communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good systems skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced, lively team

£21,500 + Bonus (OTE. £23,500)
