Recruitment Consultant - Rugby
£23,000 per annum – Basic with (OTE - £30,000 per
annum)
Hours - Monday – Thursday – 9 – 5 and Friday 4.30 pm with no evenings or weekend work required.
You will be highly motivated and dedicated individual keen to deliver a quality service to both clients and candidates.
Main Purpose of Job
To be responsible for the development and expansion of our clients’ recruitment business.
To build and develop employer relationships through promotional and marketing activities, and outbound calling to establish and enhance their loyal customer base, securing job vacancies and placements.
To successfully recruit, match and place candidates into roles.
Main Activities
To promote and market the company to attain vacancies.
Using the company CRM system and other tools
to develop and implement promotional campaigns
to secure jobs through marketing, telephone canvassing, face to face meetings, referrals and
presentations.
Sourcing candidates through the use of CRM and other tools.
Screen candidates by telephone to provide guidance in interview skills.
Recruitment and job matching to suitable job
opportunities
and providing guidance for
the opportunity
Producing proposals, contracts, agreements and other internal documentation to attain business.
Supporting other personnel to deliver the administrative duties and share relevant information.
Providing advice and guidance on UK employment legislative matters to employers and candidates
relating to pay and conditions, where appropriate.
Main Outcomes
To meet the targets – vacancies and placements.
To deliver a high level of customer service to both employers and candidates to ensure customer
satisfaction and secure word of mouth recommendation.
Skills Required:
· Previous Internal Sales/Telesales/Telemarketing
· Preference given to those with Recruitment experience – (although not essential)
· Excellent communication skills, good negotiation skills
· Highly motivated, confident, assertive
· Ability to work in a target driven environment
· Strong systems skills
