Customer Service Inbound Coordinator

Location - Brentwood – CM13

£21,000 - £27,000 per annum

·       Responsible for the return Process ensuring equipment is off hired in timely and accurate manner.

·       Communicating with customers during the off-hire process and project closure phase, including face to face interaction

·       To resolve challenges for customers.

·       Support the Aftercare and sales team when closing projects.

·       Understanding processes and procedures

·       Resolving excess material and non rental equipment returns.

·       Responsible for the maintenance of accurate records 

·       Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Aftercare team

·       Develop relationship with customers key personnel

·       Work with other depots to ensure that consistent approach across all locations 

• Work Closely with Customers service advisers, aftercare team and Stock to provide information on equipment being returned.

·       An office based role working within a team of 5, responsible for the processing of returns.

Experience required:

·       Extensive Customer Services experience

·       Background within returns would be desirable

·       Good working knowledge of MS Office

·       Familiar with CRM systems

·       Strong Administration skills

·       Multi-tasker

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Due to the location you would been to be a car driver
