business. An ambitious company with continued growth and development. They are
a European Technology/Industrial based Company.
They are taking a flexible
approach to this appointment with the successful candidate initially taking up
a Senior Sales Director role for an initial period to learn the business and
transition to Managing Director.
The post holder will have a
proven/demonstrable track record of consistently overachieving gaining
recognition/promotion for results and strategies accomplished and implemented.
Duties:

Overseeing/Managing a National
Sales Team
·
Selling through distribution
channels
·
Developing key growth sales
strategies, tactics, and action plans
·
Establishing business goals and
strategies
·
Responsible for
budgets/finance/strategic growth
·
Comprehensive Business
Plans/Reports
·
Good understanding of branding,
product, and market position
·
Ability to create a long-term
vision for the company, working closely with Board Members and Founders of the company
·
Direct contact with all staff
·
Element of UK and European travel
to client/distributor sites
Skills required:
·
Degree educated or above
·
Previous experience selling
through a distribution network is essential
·
Experience gained at Director
level.
·
Ability to demonstrate a history
of success/promotion through current and previous positions - track record of
outstanding achievement
·
Experience of establishing
business goals & strategies.
