Technical Sales Engineer – UK & Ireland

Salary - £50,000 per annum plus 10% annual bonus

Summary:

• Maintaining trusted relationships
• Developing new opportunities
• Managing commercial negotiations in co-ordination with Internal Teams (Industrial sites, Marketing, Supply Chain)
• Managing customer requests, liaising with factories
• Duties
• Manage and develop strategic customer relationships
• Manage and grow the client portfolio, building customer trust and identifying new business opportunities
• Support the definition and achievement of the sales budge for your scope
• Lead contract negotiations in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing teams.
• Ensure Internal conditions are met to deliver projects on time.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Services teams to optimise client satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints, objective and operational issues proactively
• Report regularly on Sales activities to management and production sites
• Conduct market monitoring and intelligence gathering to share relevant customer and industry insights
• Gain in-depth product and technical expertise through hands-on experience at manufacturing sites
• Develop a strategic, global commercial vision within a world-leading company

Skills required:

• Previous Technical Sales Experience - minimum 4 years
• UK Sales/European Sales and Account Management experience
• Strong MS Office skills
• Ability to travel – throughout the UK and Europe
